You used to handle everything. What changed?

,

You're smart, successful, and you've always been able to handle a lot.
So why do the smallest things feel so overwhelming lately?
Why are you wide awake at 3AM with your heart racing…

…or snapping at your partner over a dishwasher that wasn't even that full?

I get it.
And I want you to hear this:

You're not broken. You're not too sensitive. You're not losing your edge.

You're just wired differently right now.

Here's the thing most doctors don't tell you:
During perimenopause, your estrogen levels dip—which messes with a calming brain chemical called GABA.
GABA is basically the "chill-out" neurotransmitter. And when it's off?
So are you.

💥 More anxiety
💥 More irritability
💥 Less sleep
💥 Zero margin for stress

This isn't about mindset. It's biology.
And once you understand what's actually going on, the solutions start to make way more sense.

More on that in a couple of days.
With calm (even when it's hard),
—Amanda
